I found my inspiration in the water crisis affecting the deserts of California where I lived for 13 years.. This crisis is not just about scarcity; it emphasizes the profound significance of any water source in these arid landscapes. The urgency and complexity of this issue helped me create an artwork that could evoke a sense of both concern and hope.
